I’m Rob Ballantine. I believe that banks can and should deliver easy, useful and enjoyable experiences to their customers (that’s you and me).
I founded Experience Banker (or ExB for short) to showcase and discuss strategies and methods that banks can employ to deliver positive customer experiences.
I’ve worked in the field of customer experience and banking for over ten years. Previously I was Vice President of Customer Experience for Credit Suisse. Prior to that I that worked as a consultant for clients including LloydsTSB, UBS, American Express, and Cheltenham and Gloucester.
